	Ingrid Nicolosi - Company's Managing Director She has worked with Nordic Cruise Services for more than 30 years. Started as an assistant and secretary in 1976 and is now the companies Sales and Marketing Director.
	Francesca Bettinsoli - Manager Shore Excursions Francesca is Italian. She has education from University of Milan, Bergen and Oslo. She has 10 years experience from Norwegian cruise tourism as excursions co-ordinator with responsibility for all aspects of this widely comprising product – accounts, presentation of excursions, co-ordination of staff and whatever else is required for a successful product.
	Knut Volden - Cruise Coordinator/ Accounting Manager Joined the company late 2005. He has more than 30 years experience from the travel and cruise industry working for companies as Seabourn Cruise Line, Royal Viking Line and Fred Olsen Lines. Before joining us he was Managing Director and coowner of Bislet Limousine in Oslo.
